⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;

③ Persons who fall under the following items may not be allowed to participate in the competition.

1)A person who has stated false facts in the qualification examination application form or attached documents.

2)Those who have extremely deteriorated business conditions or creditworthiness.

④ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region ;

⑤ Must be a person who has a selling business license such as advanced management medical equipment etc.

⑥ meet the qualification requiremennts which the Obligation Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
