⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ A person who has been rated "A, B, C, or D" for "sales of goods" in the national competition qualification (all department and agency uniform participation qualifycation),
④ A person who obtains permission as a general electric power company under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Law, or as a specified scale electricity company under the provisions of Article 16-2 ⑴ of the same law Being a person who is doing,
⑤ Being a qualified bid participant determined by the contract supervisor, the person must satisfy the bidding conformity condition separately specified concerning carbon dioxide emission intensity unit, utilization of unutilized energy, introduction of renewable energy, transfer of green electricity certificate,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : By 17 : 00, 30, August, 2022
