⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, or C on [Sale of product] and [Service rendering] in the Chugoku Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ for bidders subject to the following insurance system and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums of labor insurance and Welfare annuity iurance, Health insurance, Seamen's insurance or National pension. (2insurance year for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid)
④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
⑥ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 50 AM, August, 24, 2022.
