⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting

② have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024.

③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)

④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening.

⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.

⑥ be an Electricity Retailer registered under the Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.

⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and environmental impact.

⑧ have officially received the grant of the bid manual from orderer.

⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 27, July, 2022.

⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 23, August, 2022.
