⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system can be managed and stored vital signs data of newborn baby patients. The vital signs management data of newborn baby patient can do a secondary use, search and statistics processing.
B This system is constituted of central monitor, and bedside monitor.
C It must be possible to simultaneously monitor the vital signs of a largenumber of patients through connecting the bedside monitors and central monitor. The data has to be connectible to the existing NICU management system (Philips).
D When the vital signs of patients change abnormally, this system alerts signals to the staff members quickly, and it has a menu screen that displays a list about alarm statuses of the past.
E To prevent an omission of criticalalarms, this system has the function that staffs can turn off the alarms of each patient.
F As for this system, point of vital signs including ECG, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, SpO2, EEG and CO monitoring function must be substantial.
G The bedside monitor should be able to measure waveforms and display numerical values by measuring ECG, respiration rate, SpO2, ABP, NIBP, body temperature etc.
H The bedside monitor sets parameters and alarms for newborn baby patients having a function to determine.
I Have sensors for newborns.
J This system displays every menu in Japanese, and can type the patient names in Kanji character.
K This system can show the latest patients date which was deleted from the monitoring display, and has the function to restore it.
L This system can print multiple vital waves at a time by using a printer.
