⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 903,814kWh per year Electricity
⑷ Fulfillment period : From October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : Japan Student Services Organization Komaba office, Apartment House for foreign students of Tokyo Institute of Technology, Komaba international lodge of Tokyo university and University of Tokyo Press
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have the Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "sales of products" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin'etsu region in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024,
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President,
⑤ not come under crime syndicate members provided Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members,
⑥ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,
⑦ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 22 August 2022.
