⑴ Contracting Entity : Masayuki Tanaka, Director General, the National Museum of Western Art
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : 3D measurement and digital content creation for the Main Building of the National Museum of Western Art
⑷ Fulfillment period : As in the selection Guidelines.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the selection Guidelines.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for Participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, etc.
C have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
D have past experience with the handling of groups of three-dimensional art works located in Japanese National Treasure or Important Cultural Property-designated structures.
