⑴ Contracting entity : Kazuhito Iida, Commissioned Contract Officer of the Accounting & Finance Squadron, The 9th Air Wing, Japan Air Self Defense Force.
⑵ Classification number ID of the service to be procured : 78, 94
⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be required : ⑷Periodic inspection of Aviation fuel tank.
⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers who shall :
① Not come under article 70 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under article 71 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
③ Have grade A, B or C on "Offer of Service etc" in the Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single-qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Prove that they can provide the service etc on the standard and quantity specified by this notice.
