⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required :
① National Forest Field Enforcement Plan maps of Shiribeshiiburi forest plan ward 1,950 sheets (13 types)
② National Forest Field Enforcement Plan maps of Ishikarisorachi forest plan ward (Ishikari District Forest Office area) 4,050 sheets (27 types)
③ National Forest Field Enforcement Plan maps of Ishikarisorachi forest plan ward (Sorachi District Forest Office and Kitasorachi District Forest Office area) 3,750 sheets (25 types)
④ National Forest Field Enforcement Planmaps of Kamikawahokubu forest plan ward 2,400 sheets (16 types)
⑷ Fulfillment period : 10 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Manufacture of product" or "Provision of services" at Hokkaido area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 22 August, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender Power of Attor- ney : 9 : 50 A.M., 23 August, 2022
⑼ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M., 23 August, 2022
⑽ This project allows the use of the electronic procurement system for bidding, etc. In addition, those who are unable to use the electronic procurement system may submit a written application to the order and submit a paper bid.
