⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masakuni Tanaka, the Obligating Officer, Director of Administration Division, National Institute for Minamata disease.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31
⑶ Performance and quantity of the products to be purchased : Delivery and installation of the Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI3.0T) system, 1 Set
⑷ Delivery period : From Contract date through 31st March 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Obligating Officer.
⑹ Rule of bid : To choose an undertaker by both of the proposal and the bidding price.
⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ not be suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
④ have Grade A, B or C on "sale of product" or "offer of services etc." in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
⑤ pledger to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organizations defined in the bid manual.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 9 August 2022.
