⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO).
② not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ have Grade A, B or C on "Sales" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO. (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
④ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
