The National Development Finance Agency (the “NDFA”), a business unit of the National Treasury Management Agency, for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (“DHLGH”) gives notice in relation to the procurement of technical advisory services for the next phase of the Government’s social housing public-privatepartnership (“PPP”) programme. To support the development of the Programme, the NDFA intends to appoint Planner technical advisory services to a single party work.
