The project consists of the provision of modular accommodation at St Mogue’s College including 15m2 Set room, 88.6m2 music room, 118.6m2 Art room, 1x 149m2 woodwork room & 58.6m2 prep area, 88.6m2 Science room, 2 Class SEN 524m2 (Design Team to consider using a standard layout type 2 and Layout 7 to accommodate the above SoA – Final proposed GFA / layout to be submitted to the DoE for approval), and associated site development and infrastructure works. The services required are as per the attached Appendix 5 – Scope of Services for Design Team. Fees should include for all disciplines required to deliver this project including Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveying Services and PSDP services. Due to the proposed GFA of the modular accommodation, planning permission will be required.
