Lot 1 is for the provision of an Investigation Contractor who is required to carry out Slit Trenching Investigation to inform the preliminary and reference design associated with the Luas Finglas and any other future public transport slit trenching projects as required.

There will be three work Participants appointed to this Lot. These work Participants will be the top three ranked tenderer(s) who are deemed the Most Economically Advantageous tenderers (MEAT) to TII d on the parameters of the Lot Competition for Luas/Finglas. The Tenderer who comes in first place in the combined quality and price scoring (MEAT) will be awarded the call-off for Luas Finglas subject to satisfying all selection and condition precedent requirements.

Future slit trenching works will be run as a mini-competition between the three appointed work participants subject to the rules set out in the work Agreement. 

Value for Luas Finglas Call-Off is estimated not to exceed a maximum of €266,000

Value For Future Public Transport Slit Trenching Works not to exceed a maximum of €900,000

Lot 2 is for the provision of an Investigation Contractor who is required to carry out Slit Trenching Investigation to inform the preliminary and reference design associated with Metro.

This is a standalone competition where 1 tenderer will be awarded this call-off. The tenderer who comes in first place in the combined quality and price scoring (MEAT) will be awarded the call-off subject to satisfying all selection and condition precedent requirements. 

There will be no further competitions following this call-off from this Lot. 

Value for Metro Call-Off is estimated not to exceed a maximum of €1,386,313.50
