The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (OC) has set the clear ive of providing an operationally excellent ticketing programme. The supplier will play a vital role in collaborating with the OC in setting a high standard for ticketing for international events and processing Customer sales online in accordance with the OC’s ticketing and marketing and communications strategies.

The OC intends to appoint a supplier to manage the end to end ticket sales and distribution for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. All ticket sales will transact through the procured ticketing system.

The procured ticketing system will need to transact and process over 1.3 million tickets in the UK and worldwide via a range of sales channels, with the majority of customers booking online.
