Beyond Housing requires the provision of lift maintenance contract for a 3-year term with a potential for a further 1 year plus 1-year extension d upon performance to SLA targets KPI’s and controlled cost . The maintenance contract is to cover appoximately 30 lifts within our geographical coverage including the Redcar, Whitby and Scarborough areas. This is to be d upon a comprehensive contract which shall provide as part of the tender, 24 hour/365-day emergency call out cover.
