The Reserved Specialist scope will include the specialsit mechanical services installations within the new STEM Building. The scope will include the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of mechanical services including hot and cold water, heating and ventilation services and extract ventilations including faciliation and coordination with specialist fume hood and similar laboratory equipment installations. The Reserved Specialist will also be required to coordinate their installations with the Electrical Services and Laboratory Furniture & Equipment specialists; in particular, the coordination of specialist gases and similar services installations with the Laboratory Furniture & Equipment specialist will be of utmost importance.
