Design and delivery of effective management and leadership programmes.
Each management programme should consist of:
• Workshops which challenge the participant
• Interaction with the participant’s manager.
The leadership programme should
• Give individuals the opportunity to fulfil their potential
• Enable managers to contribute more widely to the Office
• Create more effective corporate networks at senior level.
Each programme is anticipated to run over several weeks. Training will be delivered most likely in groups of 6 to 8 individuals. It is also anticipated that individuals will be released for a day at a time. Therefore it will be necessary to agree time schedules with the successful tenderer.
