Mid and East Antrim Borough Council wishes to establish a work agreement which aims to create jobs by helping early stage trading and existing micro and small sized businesses located in Mid and East Antrim to realise and harness their growth potential and provide specialist mentoring to support the business growth aspirations to improve productivity and ultimately create jobs for the Client.
