Watford Borough Council (WBC)) is seeking to appoint highly experienced consultants who will be responsible for forming and directing works of multi-disciplinary team and to lead on Woodside Community Sports Village project throughout all stages from pre-design, through detailed and technical design, statutory planning, procurement and execution.
