By commissioning this tender, The Education and Training Foundation (ETF), would like to work with a high achieving organisation that can further develop and deliver an outstanding programme that supports middle leaders to develop and enhance their skills so that they can lead their departments, support their teachers therefore giving the learners an outstanding teaching and learning experience in their Further Education setting.

The ETF would like to give middle managers and leaders the opportunity to develop their skills, becoming effective and pro-active middle managers that are able to make decisions to support their team and the learners. As well as developing professionally within their current role, the participants may consider this course as the starting point for preparing for more senior roles in the future, raising their aspirations to work and moving along the leadership pipeline.
