Consultant is to provide all land and property valuation services necessary for the acquisition of the lands for the R332 Kilbannon Road Scheme
These services include, but are not limited to, all land and property valuation services, including preparation of land acquisition cost estimates, assessment of claims submitted in response to Notice to Treat, negotiation & settlement of claims, assessment & arbitration services.
