The Contracting Authority requires the supply and delivery of bed linen to all Defence Forces Military Locations in Ireland.

Duration: The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years from 30 July 2020 to 29 July 2023. It may be extended for a period of one (1) year with a maximum of one such extension, subject to agreement by the contracting authority and the contractor. The total duration of the contract may not be longer than four (4) years.

All quotations must be in Euro (€) excluding VAT.
Price and quoting for all items

The price quoted in the tender form requests a fixed price contract for three (3) years with an option of a fourth year depending on previous service and cost for a fourth year.

Tenderers must quote for all items specified on the tender documents. Failure to do so will render the tender liable for rejection.
The inclusion of prices for alternative items, other than those specified in the pricing schedule at Appendix 2, will render the tender liable to rejection.

Contractors to Provide Samples with Tender Documents.
All Tenderers must submit samples of  bedding specified with their tender documents.  Failure to do so will render the tender liable for rejection
All tenderers will provide technical data sheets with all their products.

.Delivery Requirement
The contractor will be responsible for delivering to all Military Locations in Ireland. Military Barracks are currently located at the following locations.
o    Defence Forces Training Centre Curragh Camp Co Kildare. Glen of Imaal, Co. Wicklow.
o    2 Brigade: Dublin Barracks, Dundalk, Gormanstown Camp, St Bricins Hospital Dublin, Athlone, Finner Camp Co Donegal.
o    1 Brigade: Cork City, Limerick, Kilkenny City, Kilworth Camp and Galway
o    Air Corps: Baldonnel Co. Dublin.
o    Naval Service: Haulbowline Co Cork.

Declaration of Delivery Times and Warranties
Contractors will be held to the delivery times, stock levels held and Warranties they specify in their Tender Documents.
