The Council is seeking additional Providers to deliver Care at Home services (formerly known as domiciliary care). Successful providers will also be expected to provide support to Service Users with complex health needs and end of life support at a level set out within the specification. The Council is re-opening the work and seeking 3 prime providers for the South of the region, the Service is being jointly commissioned by Cheshire East Council, Eastern Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group and South Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group. NOTE an amendment has been made to the original OJEU notice to allow work providers to bid to become a prime provider and vice versa.
