(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From the date of the contract through to 31 March 2026
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 12 June
2020 to 26 June 2020 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration
forms and relevant documents:
5:00 p.m. 10 July 2020
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 15 July 2020.
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly
at 10:00 a.m. 28 July 2020 at the Bids and Tenders Meeting Room of
the Gifu Prefectural Think Tank Building.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. 27 July 2020.)
