Housing 21 is tendering for pitching roofing replacement and associated works across 44 counties nationwide. The works range from GBP 10 000 to GBP 500 000, this opportunity is suitable for small, medium enterprises to bid as well as national providers.

Housing 21 is seeking to work with a minimum of three providers nationally and our aim is to develop collaborative relationships, we hope that the contract term reflects this. The contract opportunity if for 10 years (3 + 3 + 3).

The successful suppliers will also be given the opportunity to complete associated works, this will not exceed 50 % of the roofing works to be completed.

This is an open tender procedure meaning that it is a one stage tendering process open to all suppliers.
