This prior information notice (PiN) is issued by Transport for London (TfL) and seeks to inform the market of the potential future opportunity regarding the trial of electric-scooters (e-scooters) in London.

TfL is publishing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) to obtain market feedback in relation to the potential trial.

Currently, TfL are looking for parties that may be interested in such an exercise to identify themselves and express their interest via TfL’s e-tendering portal and respond to the MSQ at the below address.
