Project and contract management support services required in respect of the delivery of part ERDF funded Project MUNIO relate to the provision of:

• development of ECC tender documentation;

• support throughout contractor tender process and award of contract;

• cost management services;

• ECC project management services;

• programme and risk management.

The initial contract period for Munio Mill Fleam- Part 1 is 30 months.

The contract is estimated to commence 17 August 2020 and end on 31 January 2023.

Subject to funding approval, the initial contract period for Munio Derwent Parade Part 2 is 30 months. The Munio Derwent Parade -Part 2 contract is estimated to commence on 1 October 2020 and end 31 March 2023.

It is to be noted that the ERDF funding programme which is partially covering the costs of these works will cease in December 2023.
