TWI is one of the world’s foremost independent research and technology organisations, with expertise in solving problems in all aspects of manufacturing, fabrication and whole-life integrity management technologies. The purpose of this tender is to appoint a consultant to design, cost control, tender and manage a fit-out contractor. The consultant will be expected to assist TWI by following specified public procurement rules to appoint the contractor and for any other procurement activity carried out under this grant funding from the LEP.
