Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a team of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to support the Council in delivering a number of new build and refurbishment projects over the forthcoming years. The tender process is being undertaken with four lots:

1) Lot 1 — Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Services;

2) Lot 2 — Structural Engineering Services;

3) Lot 3 — Mechanical and Electrical Services;

4) Lot 4 — Planning Consultant Bidders may apply for one or more of the lots.
