The existing dwelling is a detached bungalow within a private residential estate in Shannon which needs extensive refurbishment for its new proposed uses. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
