⑴ Contracting entity : Matsuta Kazuo, Planning Director of the Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : The contract for operations and maintenance services in the second phase government common platform 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : As shown in the tender documentation ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Time limit for the submission of tenders by electronic bidding system : 5 : 00 PM 11 August 2020 (tenders brought with 5 : 00 PM 11 August 2020 or submitted by mail : 5 : 00 PM 11 August 2020) ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1. not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud- get, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause 2. not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting 3. have Grade A or B "offer of services etc" in the Kanto・Koushin'etsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by MIC (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Ikeda Akira, Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, MIC, 2-1-2 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8926 Japan. |
