The authority is seeking to establish a multi supplier work agreement for the provision of construction works and associated services on the Parliamentary Estate, including the Palace of Westminster under the following lots:

• Mechanical Electrical Public Health — Lot 1,

• Conservation — Lot 2,

• Minor Works — Lot 3.

The scope of the works and associated services is contained within the ITT documents. The work agreement is for the use of the In-House Services and Estates (ISE) department to deliver a programme of works in advance of the restoration and renewal programme, which will ensure on-going business continuity of services, prevent un-planned outages and to address health and safety issues arising from both failing mechanical and electrical systems and the erosion of the building fabric.
