The London Borough of Camden (‘the Council’) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of appointing a lead architect and supporting design services (Design Team) to develop a design for a new mixed-use regeneration quarter for its sites at 120-136 Camley Street and 3-30 Cedar Way. The Design Team is to be comprised of the following consultants:

• architect and lead designer(s) – may include a consortium approach working alongside smaller and/or specialist architecture practices;

• landscape architect;

• building surveyor engineer;

• structural engineer;

• civil engineer;

• principal designer and building safety manager.

Prospective Design Team submissions are to provide fee proposals for services up to RIBA Stage 6 and if successful, will be engaged to develop a concept design proposal up to RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design).

The contract will be for 12 months commencing November 2020.
