The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to design and deliver a pilot of the new to senior leadership programme. This programme is for individuals who have recently become senior leaders. This tender is for the design and delivery of 2 cohorts (25 participants in each) in by 31 March 2021.
It is intended that this programme is innovative and flexible, enabling the learning programme to be developed d on individuals’ or organisational needs. It lends itself to project/scenario-d learning using action research and appreciative inquiry, through real time developments and sector challenges, that will develop skills, knowledge and leadership theory through reflection and practical application.
