To provide a comprehensive maintenance service (to include pre-planned and reactive maintenance), minor works and asset and condition appraisal for all fire alarm, security, access control and CCTV systems at Kingston University's property portfolio. For ease of use this contract is divided into the three lots below, however it is Kingston University's preferred solution to appoint a single contractor to cover all three lots:

Lot 1: Fire detection, alarm and protection systems;

Lot 2: Closed circuit television (CCTV) and supporting systems;

Lot 3) Access control, intruder alarm and supporting systems.
