Girdwood Leisure Complex Phase 2 Project is part of Belfast City Council’s GBP 105 million leisure transformation programme for the city of Belfast which will be delivered at no additional cost to the ratepayer. This is a unique opportunity to improve the health and wellbeing of the city, by delivering a quality service that meets the needs of its communities. The economic operator shall provide a project manager led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: Design team (project manager, architect, principal designer, building services engineers, civil engineer, structural engineer, landscape architect, BREEAM services, BIM services). |
