Letterkenny Institute of Technology invites tenders from specialist Tar Macadam and Stone Mastic Asphalt contractors to carry out the resurfacing of their existing car park No. 2.  The project involves the complete resurfacing of the car park located immediately adjacent to the main entrance to the LYIT Campus. It is proposed to plane off the top 50mm of the existing bitmac surface and then place a 60mm thick course of bituminous macadam together with a 40mm thick wearing course of stone mastic asphalt. Associated works to be carried out will include painted car park markings and isolated access road repairs.
