We are developing an approach towards customer service which will be sustainable beyond the next 12 months and create a legacy for Bus Éireann and our customers. As such, we are looking for advice across a range of areas both on a strategic and practical level. This might involve assistance in the cultivation of a strategy for service delivery, through to help in re-defining our customer service proposition and initiating “quick win” improvements that help us in our pursuit of a step change in customer satisfaction. This might also be in tandem with longer term improvements, which you might help us articulate in a compelling manner and make the case for as part of any future business development activity for Bus Éireann.
