The LGMA provides a Shared Services & Hosting Infrastructure and provides support, consultancy and advice around Network Services for Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and Metropolitan Area Network for both the LGMA and Local Authorities. To do this, specialised skills to support these network services are required and therefore there is a need to procure a contract for a company to provide 2nd and 3rd level remote support, maintenance and advice on the LGMA infrastructure to staff.
