Todmorden Town Hall is a Grade 1* Listed heritage building which requires a contractor to redecorate the main hall. The decoration work shall be the final works in a scheme to improve the acoustics within the hall. The full scope of requirements is detailed within the Schedule of Works spreadsheet attached in the documents. Due to the nature of the works, a site visit is a condition to quote.
