Harrogate Borough Council invites you to submit a proposal and quotation for one or both of the following: a) LOT 1 – Core Occupational Health services; b) LOT 2 – Employee Assistance Programme (Counselling Services). There will be a requirement for the successful bidders for each Lot to work together on cases concerning mental health and mental health conditioning to ensure that consistent levels of advice are received on mental and physical health. The Council is seeking a provider for its Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for a 2 year period, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. There will be a performance review prior to the end of the first 12 months.
