The Council are seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive Quarterly Maintenance. This contract will cover servicing of each Air conditioning System complete with full functionality checks to systematically examine, adjust clean and maintain evaporators, condensers and refrigeration equipment including control relays and accessories following the respective manufacturers maintenance instructions, all within designated buildings identified from the Corporate Property Portfolio the contractor shall replace components or re gas as necessary during service visits following discussion and agreement with the West Lancashire Borough Council supervisor. In all operations the following tasks are to be carried out. 1) Filter cleaning/ replacement (where fitted). 2) Operation of fitted or remote controllers through all cycles/functions. 3) Casework cleaning units. 4) Condenser check for obstructions/blockages and blowing out where necessary. The Deadline for tender submissions is 7th August 2020 at 4pm.
