The works will include part demolition of existing and construction of new extensions as shown,new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new mechanical and electrical services, new sanitary ware and fittings as detailed, new ramps, paving, drainage and percolation and any other ancillary works at Coppolla House, Monaleen, Castletroy, Limerick.
