Cambridgeshire County Council invites quotations for the provision of architectural services. The development proposal for the site is for a new building to provide: flexible community space with kitchen facilities; a preschool space; a library and offices for Cambridgeshire County Council; with residential flats above. The proposals also include the existing library site on Barnwell Road and it is proposed that a small block of flats will be provided at this location. As part of the planning application process, Cambridgeshire County Council would now like to appoint an architect to undertake the following work as set out in Section 2: Specification (See RFQ Document for details).
