Support Services for young people will deliver key strategic priorities, as specified under the one vision for children and young people partnership plan.

Cornwall Council are seeking to commission one overarching service to deliver a range of universal, targeted and specialist provision to young people aged 11-19 and those up to 25 with SEND in Cornwall. The service model needs to be flexible, adapting to the changing needs of young people.
