The LAA is inviting applicants who hold an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contracts (‘HPCDS Contract’ or ‘Contract’) in seven schemes to deliver the Services from 24 August 2020 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months.

The procurement process for HPCDS services is open to all existing housing and debt providers who are able to meet the minimum contract requirements.

The deadline for submitting tenders is 9 a.m. on 10 August 20202.
