Fife Council is seeking to establish Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of training and development, as learning and development is critical to ensure our Workforce has the opportunity to train and develop their current knowledge along with the ability to work towards/continue with any work-related qualifications. Fife Council will procure any training via this DPS. Each purchase will be determined by a mini-competitions under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

This DPS will replace the current route to market via the open learning and development work. (owned by Edinburgh City Council).
