ESPO is seeking to establish a multi supplier work agreement for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. This national work will provide a complete suite of facilities management services for customers seeking to aggregate their requirements.

The work will consist of 3 lots d on total contract value.

Lot 1: Total Facilities Management Services,

Lot 2: Total Facilities Management Services,

Lot 3: Total Facilities Management Services.

It will be a mandatory requirement that tenderers are able to provide at least 75 % of the services listed within the specification if they intend to tender for either Lot 1, 2 or 3.

Economic operators are invited to comment on the terms and conditions of the work agreement and call-off terms. A copy of the work agreement and call-off terms will be sent to the economic operators that request a copy of the terms and conditions of the work agreement and call-off terms via place@espo.org. Any comments should be submitted to place@espo.org by 5 p.m. on 4 September 2020. ESPO does not bind itself to accept any proposed changes. ESPO may not consider and may reject any proposed amendments submitted after this date.
