The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – South East Region (BOCSI-SER) require remedial works to an existing Kingspan KS1000 Kingzip composite roof, including standing seams and internal guttering. The current roofing panels are in good condition. However, there is considerable remedial works required to resealing rooflights, replacing stitchers, ridge flashings, internal gutter linings and parapet cappings.

BOCSI-SER are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced roofing specialists to undertake these remedial works. Please see all attachements outlining the required works, including an official Kingspan report on the existing roof condition with recommendations.
